Free online intelligence tests
An IQ test (intelligence quotient test) or IQ exam is a standard way of measuring human intelligence.
High-IQ societies, like Mensa, use a sufficiently high score on IQ tests, like the Mensa IQ test, as a necessary condition of membership.
Below, you'll find links to the free online IQ tests hosted on this website, sorted by the type of content present on the tests.
You will also find links to pages providing further information and context on this page, and an important disclaimer that you should read to ensure that you use the material hosted here responsibly.
These tests are based on real IQ tests, like the Wechsler Adult Intelligence Scale, and are quick and easy to take.
The questions, or items, on these tests are algorithmically generated when possible. Their correctness, or soundness, has been checked by AI (artificial intelligence) in those cases where AI exists that is adequate for the task.
New tests will be continually added.
These tests will cover multiple content domains, including:
While these tests are not normed, they do cover a range of item difficulty, and will give you a great idea of the current status of your abilities.
Remember: a single score is not very informative!
